Subject: Complaint against frequent breakdown of water supply in our
locality.
Respected Sir/Madam,
Kindly allow me to draw the attention of
concerned authority through the columns of your esteemed newspaper to poor water
supply in our locality. Our locality is facing problem of frequently breakdown
of water supply. Our area is not getting water is appropriate amount. The water
supply is too irregular; the time of supply of water is not fixed. I will be
very grateful if this letter is published in your locality.
The irregular water supply at our locality
causes a lot of inconvenience to the people, causing difficulties of not
getting water in inappropriate amount and time. The actual fixed time of
supplying water in our locality is 8 am to 9 am in the morning and 4pm to 5pm
in the afternoon. Water supply is too irregular about only 1 to 2 hours within
3 to 4 days and also the supply of water is not fixed. The amount of water
barely comes to 100 litter a day. The water tankers are captured forcibly
because of the miserable low quantity. There is much pipeline damage which
causes lot of wastage of water, but there are hardly any people to repair in
time. Many complaints have been made regarding the problem but there is no
response from the water supply department of municipality office.
This problem has reached at it extreme and
is consequently creating panic among citizens. Through this esteemed column, I
would invite the attention of the authorities to this matter. I hope that the
concerned authorities must look into the matter seriously and take necessary
action to overcome this problem.
Thanking
you,
Yours truly
